法律支援平台以“热线电话”等方式，实现“不见面办公”，做好非常时期“全链条、一站式”涉外商事法律服务。 企业可通过电话、电子邮件等方式与法律支援平台取得联系，法律支援平台将以最快速度和权威资源为行业企业提供法律支援。

Notice of Opening Advisory Hotline for
Comprehensive Cross-border Trade and Investment
Legal Support Platform

To enterprises in the industries concerned:

At present, under the global outbreak of the COVID-19, enterprises in the industries concerned are seriously impacted when carry out cross-border trade and investment. Relying on the system resources integration, as well as the support of Long-term Overseas Legal Consultant Committee on Economic and Trade Friction and Bilateral and Multilateral Commercial Legal Cooperation Committee, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) will build a Comprehensive Legal Support Platform for Enterprises’ Cross-border Trade and Investment (hereinafter referred to as the Legal Support Platform) which shall strive to provide timely, accurate and efficient solutions to the relevant enterprises’ inquiries and to safeguard the legitimate right and interest of the enterprises.

The legal support platform shall realize “office without meeting” by means of “hotline telephone” and shall provide qualified “full chain, one-stop” foreign-related commercial legal services during the extraordinary times. Enterprises can contact the legal support platform by telephone, e-mail and other means, and the legal support platform will remain available for legal support with the fastest speed and authoritative resources.

Content of consultation: provide timely answers to legal questions related to enterprises, including but not limited to legal questions caused by epidemic situation, trade remedy cases, compliance risk assessment of international operation, protection of overseas intellectual property rights, foreign-related arbitration and mediation services, export control, anti-monopoly investigation, national security review, economic sanctions, protection of overseas interests, etc.
